Manage Asset Information governance for Rail for London Infrastructure. Work on asset information processes and compliance within the department.
Responsibilities
Working within the Rail for London Infrastructure (RFLI) Governance team to provide the business with an asset information regime.
Develop, implement and continually review and refine RfLI's asset information governance and processes.
Implement best practice within RfLI with regards to the acquisition, management and organisation of asset information.
Accountable for leading and developing the department’s Asset Information governance strategy.
Responsible for keeping abreast of legislative changes.
Ensure asset information management processes are kept up to date.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of Information Management principles, practice and standards, e.g. BS EN ISO standard for BIM - ISO19650, Asset Management BS ISO 55000 and Information Management maturity model ISO-15489-1.
Extensive experience of the application of the appropriate standards and policies for handling, storing, disseminating and preserving asset information.
Proven record of the application of coherent Information Management and Information Assurance (IA) techniques and processes to ensure the effective use and exploitation of information.
Proven experience of exploiting opportunities for the organisation to derive maximum benefit from asset information.
Good knowledge of railway operations in the regulated sector.
