About the role

  • Sachbearbeitung Digital-Marketing role within the DLRG. Engaging in social media management, search marketing, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create social media posts across all common platforms and continuously develop them
  • Conduct A/B testing
  • Manage and continuously optimize search engine marketing with a focus on SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Support the further development of SEO measures
  • Plan, implement and maintain tracking structures and conversion measurements using Google Tag Manager
  • Evaluate and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (in particular Google Analytics)
  • Create, prepare and improve performance reporting and derive optimization measures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies or a related field
  • Knowledge of marketing
  • Knowledge of online, performance and social media marketing
  • Initial practical experience in SEA, particularly with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, is desirable
  • Good project and time management skills
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • General identification with humanitarian work
