Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating the Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention Program for the health system’s inpatient Pharmacy departments.
Ensure that the health system has processes in place to minimize the risk of controlled substance diversion.
Assist site-based pharmacy leadership in developing workflows that minimize the risk of diversion.
Coordinate and perform audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Requirements
High School graduate
Adept in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
