Responsibilities
Team leadership & collaboration: You will lead a motivated events team and foster a cooperative, solution-oriented working environment
Planning & execution: You design, plan and deliver major trade and specialist fairs as well as customer events and symposia
Project management: You coordinate internal and external service providers, monitor budgets and ensure smooth operations
Brand presentation: You develop creative concepts to showcase our brand and products — both in-person and via live digital formats
Representation & presentation: You confidently take on representative tasks such as moderating program items or presenting content
Communication & coordination: You work closely with colleagues from Content Marketing, Sales, Product Management and with external partners
Evaluation & continuous improvement: You analyze the success of your events and derive optimization measures
Requirements
University degree in Event Management, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience organizing trade fairs and events, ideally with leadership experience in a B2B environment
Creative sensibility for brand presentation and storytelling
Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
Empathetic leadership style with team spirit
Confident use of project management tools and digital event platforms
