Marketing events analyst responsible for managing corporate and promotional events aligned with branding strategy. Coordinating suppliers and ensuring exceptional execution of events.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage the annual calendar of corporate, institutional, promotional events and external awards.
Create concepts, scripts and experiences aligned with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Coordinate suppliers (agencies, partners, production teams, etc.).
Ensure flawless execution during pre-, during- and post-event phases.
Act as host: welcome guests, manage flows, facilitate interactions and ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued and well directed.
Monitor the quality of the participant experience throughout the entire event journey.
Control budget, negotiate contracts and monitor costs versus results.
Produce performance reports and success indicators (NPS, attendance, engagement, leads, awareness).
Ensure alignment with internal teams (sales, communications, branding, executives, etc.).
Availability for domestic and international travel.
Monitor and support the company’s sponsorship activations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Events or related fields.
Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale events.
Mastery of the full event lifecycle (planning → operations → communications → evaluation).
Ability to work with vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized, strong calendar management and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with presentation tools, timelines and project management tools.
