About the role

  • Marketing events analyst responsible for managing corporate and promotional events aligned with branding strategy. Coordinating suppliers and ensuring exceptional execution of events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the annual calendar of corporate, institutional, promotional events and external awards.
  • Create concepts, scripts and experiences aligned with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate suppliers (agencies, partners, production teams, etc.).
  • Ensure flawless execution during pre-, during- and post-event phases.
  • Act as host: welcome guests, manage flows, facilitate interactions and ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued and well directed.
  • Monitor the quality of the participant experience throughout the entire event journey.
  • Control budget, negotiate contracts and monitor costs versus results.
  • Produce performance reports and success indicators (NPS, attendance, engagement, leads, awareness).
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams (sales, communications, branding, executives, etc.).
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
  • Monitor and support the company’s sponsorship activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Events or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale events.
  • Mastery of the full event lifecycle (planning → operations → communications → evaluation).
  • Ability to work with vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, strong calendar management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with presentation tools, timelines and project management tools.
  • Warm, communicative and professional demeanor — host profile.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactivity, agility and practical problem-solving.
  • Autonomy, accountability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while remaining calm and personable.
