Responsibilities
Atender y resolver solicitudes, inquietudes y reclamos de áreas internas y aliados relacionados con el **Programa de Lealtad**, a través de llamadas telefónicas y correo electrónico, garantizando tiempos de respuesta y calidad en el servicio.
Analizar los procesos operativos actuales del programa, identificando **oportunidades de automatización, mejora continua y creación de nuevos procesos**, así como la elaboración o actualización de procedimientos del área.
Identificar, documentar y reportar **incidencias del sistema o incumplimientos de las políticas del Programa de Lealtad**, asegurando su correcta derivación y seguimiento con las áreas responsables.
Brindar retroalimentación directa a las áreas internas y/o aliados estratégicos cuando sea necesario, con el fin de **reforzar el correcto cumplimiento de las políticas, lineamientos y buenas prácticas** del Programa de Lealtad.
Requirements
1 a 2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente.
Estudiante universitario de 3er año en adelante en carreras como Administración de Empresas o afines.
