Responsibilities
Análisis, control y reporte de nómina.
Elaboración de reportería completa de RRHH.
Apoyo directo en procesos de payroll.
Gestión de temas contables asociados a remuneraciones, en coordinación con el área contable.
Manejo avanzado de bases de datos y uso intensivo de Excel.
Cumplimiento de plazos críticos del proceso mensual.
Ejecución de tareas dentro del proceso completo de RRHH, bajo lineamientos definidos.
Requirements
Formación técnica o profesional en RRHH, Contabilidad, Administración o carrera afín.
Excel avanzado (excluyente).
Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en cargos similares.
Experiencia en reporte de nómina y análisis de información sensible.
