About the role

  • Analyst managing IT incidents and coordinating technical teams at Stefanini. Collaborating to improve response and resilience to IT incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT incidents, including coordinating technical teams, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting actions taken
  • Analyze incidents to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the IT team to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to improve resilience and incident response capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Knowledge of ITIL and incident management methodologies
  • Previous experience in incident management
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher (differential)
  • Desirable: knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence)
