About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing support via phone, text, and email for St. Cyr Pool & Spa. Responsible for scheduling, customer inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messages.
  • Schedule service calls for technicians
  • Accurately add customer information in Service Titan CRM software.
  • Route nonservice job phone calls to appropriate team member.
  • Make appointment confirmation calls.
  • Make follow-up “Happy Calls” to ensure a great customer experience after job completion.

Requirements

  • No experience in the pool or hot tub industry required
  • Previous customer-facing positions or phone service encouraged
