About the role

  • Student assistant in client service at legal tech firm helping clients with inquiries and support. Collaborating with teams and ensuring effective communication with clients in hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communicator: As a friendly, empathetic point of contact, you will be responsible for our clients and support them with advice and assistance.
  • Multi-tasking: You keep an overview at all times, handle calls with a wide range of clients, and respond to email inquiries.
  • Team spirit: We are stronger together and support one another. You will work closely with other teams across the company to find effective solutions for our clients and resolve open questions.
  • Proactivity: You proactively pick up the phone to call clients and clarify the final steps.

Requirements

  • You are highly communicative, a team player, and enjoy interacting with customers — perfect!
  • Ideally you are studying law and are available for around 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken expression.
  • Ideally you have some prior experience in customer service or customer care.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
