Junior Salesforce Administrator assisting users and managing system administration tasks in a global data platform company. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and automation.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to Salesforce users by handling basic inquiries, resolving common issues, and collaborating with senior colleagues to address more complex challenges.
Perform core administrative tasks within Salesforce, including user management (creating and deactivating accounts, resetting passwords), data entry, and monitoring data quality.
Work alongside experienced team members to understand user requirements and facilitate communication between end users and the Salesforce team to drive better system adoption.
Learn to build and implement low-code solutions, such as creating basic reports, dashboards, and automations.
Requirements
Initial practical experience administering a Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
Strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for digitalization and process automation.
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud certifications – desirable.
Experience with agile project work and tools like Jira and Confluence – desirable.
Structured, analytical and proactive working style with a high level of commitment.
English is the primary language for communication (German is a plus) and you enjoy working in international teams.
Comfortable taking ownership and working collaboratively in teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Clay, call/recording tools (e.g., JustCall, Vinton), and MuleSoft – nice to have.
