About the role

  • Financial controller developing forecasting and reporting systems in a healthcare clinic group. Involves budgeting, planning, and economic analysis for patient-oriented services.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of forecasts and business planning, as well as participation in liquidity planning
  • Development and further enhancement of our reporting framework and management instruments using a BI system
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Preparation of special reports and profitability analyses
  • Support during budget negotiations with payers

Requirements

  • Completed degree with a business/economics focus, ideally in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in the hospital sector
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and self-initiative
  • Ideally, knowledge of the hospital information system (KIS) "Orbis/NICE"
  • Willingness to take responsibility, flexibility, and strong team orientation
  • Reliable and independent working style
