About the role
- Financial controller developing forecasting and reporting systems in a healthcare clinic group. Involves budgeting, planning, and economic analysis for patient-oriented services.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of forecasts and business planning, as well as participation in liquidity planning
- Development and further enhancement of our reporting framework and management instruments using a BI system
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of special reports and profitability analyses
- Support during budget negotiations with payers
Requirements
- Completed degree with a business/economics focus, ideally in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in the hospital sector
- Very good Excel skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and self-initiative
- Ideally, knowledge of the hospital information system (KIS) "Orbis/NICE"
- Willingness to take responsibility, flexibility, and strong team orientation
