Responsibilities
Developing and evolving SPP’s brand strategy to align with business goals and vision
Leading the development, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential)
Owning the strategy and execution of internal and external brand events
Overseeing the direction of brand merchandise collections for events, selling moments, employee engagement, and customer gifting
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Merchandising, Business Development, .ca/eCommerce)
Managing the brand marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4–6 direct reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
4+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields
1+ years of management experience leading direct reports
Bilingual in English and French—written and verbal proficiency (preferred)
Experience in paid media campaign planning and execution (social, programmatic, or search)
Strong B2B marketing background, especially in promotional product or high-growth environments
Proficiency in copywriting for digital, social, and campaign messaging
Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and full-funnel campaign execution
Understanding of brand merchandising and product storytelling
Experience working with or managing external agencies or vendor partners
