About the role

  • Sr Specialist in Regional Marketing at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC, focusing on increasing sales of METUS customers. Responsible for marketing strategy development and execution with Regional Marketing Management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for variety of marketing activities focused on increasing sales of METUS customers
  • Work directly with Regional Marketing Management on initiatives including assessing dealer lead and marketing efforts to develop improvement strategies
  • Prepare weekly distributor lead reports
  • Plan and execute campaigns in conjunction with METUS Corporate Marketing team, outside agencies/contractors, and content developers
  • Measure campaign success and report results to management team and Business Unit team
  • Increase dealer, distributor, and Area Sales Managers utilization of effective sales tools
  • Create, implement, and assess effectiveness of localized tools and marketing assets/content
  • Plan and support local events to improve effectiveness of dealers and distributors in marketing METUS products
  • Develop and deliver educational content to sales staff, Diamond Contractors and Distributor staff on HVAC/METUS marketing best practices and programs
  • Willing to travel up to 40% for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, creative tools/digital art or related field
  • 3+ years progressive experience in a marketing support role
  • 3+ years in customer-facing relationship management, customer training, account management role preferred
  • 3+ years progressive experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Basic to proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient in Content Creation programs (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), project management tools (Jira or similar), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and other marketing related software programs
  • Familiar with salesforce, a plus
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and written.
