Responsibilities
Download the billing kit (invoice, membership base, etc.) according to the pre-established schedule
Review the invoice, checking the transactions carried out during the period as well as any premium variances; notify the relationship team and copy the customer service team for awareness
Perform allocation, adjust layouts, or insert new data for client delivery
Send billing documents to clients, respecting the agreed lead time
Post the invoice(s) into the operational system Itsseg
Immediately inform coordination of any incidents observed during processing or follow-up (verification) that may impact the client's membership base, the invoice, and/or reimbursements.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, intermediate Excel)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferably familiar with benefits operational routines
Preferable experience with Life Insurance billing
Experience with billing is required
College degree in progress or completed
