About the role
- Controlling position for Energie sector at Stadtwerke Bielefeld. Supporting management with business analysis and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Du verantwortest das Controlling für das strategische Geschäftsfeld Energiewirtschaft und unterstützt die Führungskräfte durch transparente betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen
- Planungsprozesse im Geschäftsfeld steuern und mit gruppenweiten Vorgaben verzahnen
- Eine integrierte, termingerechte Planung sicherstellen
- Erfolgsrechnungen, Ergebnisprognosen, Abweichungsanalysen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen durchführen und konkrete Steuerungsimpulse ableiten
- Führungskräfte als betriebswirtschaftlicher Sparringspartner begleiten
- Fundierte Entscheidungs- und Handlungsempfehlungen entwickeln und adressatengerechte Berichte bereitstellen
- Maßnahmen zur Ergebnis- und Zieloptimierung gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen entwickeln und deren Umsetzung begleiten
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Controlling der Energiewirtschaft oder angrenzender Branchen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Controlling-Methoden und betriebswirtschaftlichen Instrumenten wie Kostenrechnung, Finanz- und Investitionsrechnung
- Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Systemen und Tools, z. B. SAP CO/FI/BW, MS Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen zur Bewertung komplexer wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
