About the role

  • Talent Partner supporting recruitment for Goji's People & Culture team, sourcing and attracting talent across Tech and Finance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract top talent across Tech and Finance through engaging recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, from crafting compelling job adverts and market mapping to supporting interviewer training.
  • Champion continuous process improvement to ensure our recruitment processes are best in class.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and platforms for candidate sourcing, using your knowledge to evolve and enhance our recruiter toolkit.
  • Maintain accurate talent data and reports with strong attention to detail and ATS compliance.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure exceptional process efficiency and data hygiene within the talent function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience working in house for a fast growing fintech company. 2 - 3 years in an agency or RPO environment is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Detail oriented, particularly in maintaining recruitment process integrity and ensuring clean talent data.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to quickly iterate and incorporate feedback to strengthen relationships with stakeholders, teams, and candidates.
  • Solution oriented mindset and resilience when facing challenging projects.
  • Natural curiosity, enabling you to fully understand business needs and match them with the right candidates.
  • Proactive approach, with awareness of the bigger picture and the value you can bring to help us build one of the best talent teams globally.
  • Experience with AI enabled recruitment tools.
