About the role

Responsibilities
- Design the training portfolio in the field of artificial intelligence
- Develop high-quality, practice-oriented learning content
- Identify relevant AI topics and design effective learning paths
- Coordinate internal processes and manage external experts
- Ensure quality assurance of content
- Prepare and deliver internal training sessions and knowledge transfers
- Analyze and optimize the training portfolio
- Document and report on project status and results
- Contribute to the further development of methods and production standards
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in the instructional design and creation of technical learning content, ideally in AI, data, or software engineering
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, especially machine learning, generative AI, prompting, AI workflows, automations, and modern AI tools
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex AI topics
- Confident use of Git & Markdown
- Solid Python skills
- Regular use of modern AI tools for content creation
- Basic understanding of AI tools, APIs, and modern development environments
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong team and communication skills, including working with external experts or freelancers
- User-focused mindset and empathy in designing learning content
- Very good German (C2) and good English (at least C1)
