About the role

  • Junior Operations Analyst conducting assessments and analyses to improve clients’ operational processes. Collaborating with senior team members on data-driven recommendations and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting operational assessments across customer service, back-office workflows, and support processes.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., performance metrics, process documentation, interviews).
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with customer operation teams.
  • Help track ongoing performance metrics and follow up on implemented actions.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and senior analysts to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with data (Excel/Google Sheets required; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Previous internship or 1–2 years’ experience in operations, consulting, customer service analysis, or process improvement is a plus (but fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude will be considered).
