Responsibilities
Manage network systems and IT support teams, ensuring high availability and performance
Lead helpdesk and support operations for end users and external customers
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for network and cloud architecture
Oversee cloud systems (Azure) and enterprise infrastructure
Participate in IT strategy, planning, and governance initiatives
Coordinate and support IT projects and technical initiatives
Ensure implementation of security best practices and compliance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues
Manage vendors, systems, and infrastructure operations
Requirements
3+ years of IT management experience
Strong experience with complex TCP/IP network configurations
VLAN and Layer 3 switching
Virtualized hardware and storage environments
Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and support teams
