About the role

  • Senior Construction Contracts Manager overseeing complex contract negotiations and procurement for a healthcare client's projects. Leading bidding processes and ensuring compliance with institutional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of competitive bidding for assigned procurement types.
  • Independently initiate and execute complex bidding processes.
  • Lead bid preparation, issuance, and evaluation.
  • Analyze bid submissions, document outcomes, and provide recommendations for contract awards.
  • Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance in all bid processes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts—including custom agreements.
  • Mentor Contract Managers and Administrators in negotiation practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Construction contract experience required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and an advanced degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vantage Point enterprise resource planning software.
  • Minimum of five to ten years with contract and procurement matters in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the management of personnel.
  • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) are preferred.
