Responsibilities
Independently handle all accounts payable matters, in particular but not limited to reviewing incoming invoices for tax and internal compliance requirements
Process incoming invoices in an electronic invoice workflow, respecting applicable deadlines
Check account coding/account assignment in coordination with the specialist departments and Controlling
Create and maintain vendor master data
Contribute to the further development of established processes and IT systems
Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the implemented accounting and electronic invoice verification processes
Reconcile and collaborate with specialist departments, the Business Administration unit and the Procurement unit
Requirements
Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau) or equivalent qualification with subsequent professional experience
Experience processing supplier invoices within integrated processes (purchase/order system)
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable
Solid understanding of complex accounting procedures
Confident user of MS 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex organizational structures
Confident and professional manner when dealing with colleagues and external business partners
Careful and team-oriented way of working
