Responsibilities
- Responds to more advanced supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment inquiries
- Supports accounting-related tasks such as tax audits
- Support other team members and managers as a subject matter expert and review work of junior team members
- Provides guidance in relevant accounting principles and understanding of AP practices
- Proactively identifies areas for improvement
- Supports the AP Managers in streamlining processes, reducing errors and enhancing productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent
- Knowledge of Italian, with the ability to confidently use the language in more than 50% of daily tasks
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong understanding, knowledge, and expertise of Arcadis AP business structures, policies, procedures, and Microsoft/ERP applications
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good customer service skills.
