About the role

  • Accounts Payable Analyst ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments for McKesson. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Process trade-related invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify and resolve disputes related to quantities and pricing
  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices to ensure accurate payments
  • Establish communication with manufacturers to address payment issues or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on purchase orders and payment terms

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with JDE, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Power BI, Generative AI preferred
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
