About the role

  • Accounts Payable managing invoice processing at Kyndryl in Bangalore. Overseeing supplier payments and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Administers the accounts payable process which starts with the reception of an invoice, and ends with the payment of the invoice to the supplier
  • Activities may include preparing and recording invoices as well as performing complex operational/technical accounts payable and analysis reporting
  • Requires knowledge of accounting principles and theories, local tax regulations and application of corporate policies, practices and procedures

Requirements

  • Should be a commerce graduate with 1+ years of experience in APAC Accounts payable
  • Assist in invoice reception, scanning, registration, error resolution, and internal controlling tasks
  • Learn, understand, and adhere to the procedures and business controls guidelines
  • Understanding country specific rules and concepts
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge in Ariba and S4
