Responsibilities
Responsible for strategy and overseeing daily operation in EM (Electro Mechanical) assembly
Direct and indirect supervision of the EM assembly personnel
Ensure products are produced safely, at the highest quality level and cost efficiently
Work with Quality Manager to put quality controls in place
Collaborate with planning, purchasing and warehouse departments
Monitor EM KPIs and create mitigation plans when measures trend negatively
Be the site liaison to Corporate EHS team
Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Requirements
Minimum of seven years’ work experience in manufacturing leadership role
Minimum of two (2) years managing a staff, proven success in leading teams and improving performance
Experience working in with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Experience in electromechanical assembly
Experience in an operation that uses a MRP system
Knowledge of assembly, PCBA, cables/harnesses and metals
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and applying to operations.
Degree from two- or four-year university/college in engineering, manufacturing, or similar technical area
