About the role

  • M&A TSA Manager leading service transitions from Seller to Buyer during divestitures at HPE. Responsible for planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and compliance under TSA agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordination: Create a detailed plan that enables successful separation of a BU / product line / select assets from HPE.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manages and influence relationships with key buyer and seller stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identifies potential risks and develops effective mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Management: Ensures billing agreements and operational mechanisms in compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
  • Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Expertise in billing / invoicing is preferred.
