Partner with me to document and refine “how we go to market” from intake through rollout and long-term sustainment.
Translate pilots and best practices into clear, repeatable playbooks that teams can adopt without ambiguity.
Plan and partner with Marketing/Comms to deliver concise comms that keep leaders and field teams aligned; route updates through the right channels at the right time.
Partner with our data team to build simple, reliable reporting for adoption, outcomes, and accountability; use trends to recommend adjustments.
Requirements
5+ years of insurance experience within the Independent Agent Channel.
Demonstrated experience in project management.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
