About the role

  • Leading and managing large cross-functional projects that enhance go-to-market initiatives. Collaborating with various teams to create clear operational frameworks and strategies in insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate, lead or manage large cross‑functional projects that improve how we launch and scale initiatives.
  • Partner with me to document and refine “how we go to market” from intake through rollout and long-term sustainment.
  • Translate pilots and best practices into clear, repeatable playbooks that teams can adopt without ambiguity.
  • Plan and partner with Marketing/Comms to deliver concise comms that keep leaders and field teams aligned; route updates through the right channels at the right time.
  • Partner with our data team to build simple, reliable reporting for adoption, outcomes, and accountability; use trends to recommend adjustments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of insurance experience within the Independent Agent Channel.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
