Responsibilities
In this role, you will work side-by-side with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring new products to market which are core to restaurants’ operations.
As the Head of Product Marketing, you lead a team to identify market opportunities, drive sales, and help SpotOn operationalize & capitalize on new and existing features.
You will lead a team of PMMs who care deeply about our mission and our customers.
And you’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and visibility to senior leaders in the company.
Requirements
Lead, cultivate, and grow a team of Product Marketers.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to define and validate product market fit, market sizing, and ideal customer profiles for product launches and sales direction.
Find ways to scale the impact of PMM and Go-To-Market teams leveraging new technologies.
Partner with Go-To-Market and Operations colleagues to drive cross-functional, cross-channel efforts and campaigns to meet the growth objectives associated with product initiatives.
Own market & opportunity sizing, product positioning, and messaging to better drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers.
Work with Brand & Content teams to support the development of marketing assets & content to support product awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement goals.
Partner with the data team to analyze product usage and adoption in order to identify areas of opportunity and make product and rollout recommendations.
Understand market and competitor trends to drive marketing and sales strategies.
Build deep, positive relationships across the organization, with the ability to drive cross-functional team projects.
