Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for technology roles, from sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding, managing 30-40 active requisitions simultaneously.
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive talent capability improvements.
Champion recruitment best practices by educating business leaders, providing interview guidelines, and influencing current hiring practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
Drive global mindset initiatives through innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences that strengthen S&P Global's employer brand.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, People Services, and Finance teams to deliver seamless recruitment solutions and continuous process improvements.
Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (Workday) to optimize recruitment metrics including quality, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment environments.
Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating recruitment processes to hiring managers.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms for managing recruitment workflows.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or similar professional networks for identifying passive candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to both small and large groups.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client needs and industry trends.
