About the role

  • Technology Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for technology roles at S&P Global. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent for business groups.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for technology roles, from sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding, managing 30-40 active requisitions simultaneously.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive talent capability improvements.
  • Champion recruitment best practices by educating business leaders, providing interview guidelines, and influencing current hiring practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Drive global mindset initiatives through innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences that strengthen S&P Global's employer brand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, People Services, and Finance teams to deliver seamless recruitment solutions and continuous process improvements.
  • Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (Workday) to optimize recruitment metrics including quality, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating recruitment processes to hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms for managing recruitment workflows.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or similar professional networks for identifying passive candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to both small and large groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ethical leadership with commitment to maintaining highest professional standards.
