Responsibilities

  • Support 24 stores in Central London
  • Build trusted relationships and drive exceptional customer service
  • Create and deliver a local business plan that aligns with annual objectives
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor competitors and develop strategies for positive change
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain an exceptional customer experience
  • Act as a coach and mentor, supporting the personal development of Partners
  • Facilitate two-way communication between Support Office and Partners

Requirements

  • Experience in multi-site retail or commercial operations
  • Comfortable with a P&L
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships quickly
  • Located within easy travel distance to Central London
