Responsibilities
Targeted acquisition of new customers for innovative IT software solutions – with a focus on complex enterprise applications and digital transformation projects
Development and implementation of strategic account plans to expand existing customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships
Independent preparation of proposals, including tailored solution concepts – and management of the entire sales process through to successful contract closing
Continuous monitoring of the sales pipeline and analysis of relevant KPIs to steer and optimize sales activities
Conducting thorough market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities and continuously develop the sales strategy
Requirements
Several years of sales experience, ideally with IT solutions or ERP systems
Solid business administration knowledge combined with strong technical aptitude
Strong communication and presentation skills in complex customer situations
Ability to build trusted relationships
Native-level German and excellent English language skills
