About the role

  • Strategic Account Manager expanding IT software solutions sales for Specific-Group Germany. Focused on enterprise applications and developing long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Targeted acquisition of new customers for innovative IT software solutions – with a focus on complex enterprise applications and digital transformation projects
  • Development and implementation of strategic account plans to expand existing customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships
  • Independent preparation of proposals, including tailored solution concepts – and management of the entire sales process through to successful contract closing
  • Continuous monitoring of the sales pipeline and analysis of relevant KPIs to steer and optimize sales activities
  • Conducting thorough market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities and continuously develop the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally with IT solutions or ERP systems
  • Solid business administration knowledge combined with strong technical aptitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in complex customer situations
  • Ability to build trusted relationships
  • Native-level German and excellent English language skills
