About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing strategic relationships with key accounts in the lighting project sector. Delivering sales targets and coordinating project delivery across Bulgaria & Romania.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize opportunities in the lighting projects business
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned territory
  • Build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with offer management and marketing teams to tailor offerings
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities from early design stages through to execution and delivery
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
  • Promote connected, digital, and sustainable lighting systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the lighting or related project ecosystem
  • Experience working with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment
  • Relevant sales or project management certifications
  • Bulgarian, Romanian and English speaker
