Requirements
8+ years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Strong strategic and commercial acumen

Confident negotiator experienced in managing discussions
Structured, resilient, and proactive
Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
Willingness to be on-site with the client and travel frequently within Switzerland
