Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand strategic partnerships with assigned accounts
  • Drive sustainable account growth by identifying opportunities
  • Shape and drive executive-level interactions and negotiations
  • Uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead collaboration with IQVIA’s Commercial Service Line SMEs
  • Develop deep organizational insight
  • Monitor market dynamics to maintain competitive edge
  • Actively network across the life sciences ecosystem

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen
  • Skilled influencer and collaborator
  • Confident negotiator experienced in managing discussions
  • Structured, resilient, and proactive
  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to be on-site with the client and travel frequently within Switzerland
