Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling
Understand customer needs and requirements
Increase product usage through follow-up calls and troubleshooting
Research teams, identify potential customers, and generate interest
Maintain and expand database of customers and prospects
Collaborate with Independent Sales Representatives to build pipeline, close deals, and achieve quotas
Monitor, track, and report on activities, providing relevant updates to management
Provide ongoing customer service for high-level teams
Assist in off-site events including demos, trade shows and account management activities
Requirements
Experience as a Hockey Equipment Manager (SPHEM membership a plus)
Strong phone presence
Experience working with a CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for results
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly organized with the ability to work independently
