- nachweisliche Expertise in den meisten Bereichen des Personalmanagements
- Erfahrungen in M&A-Projekten (Post-Merger/ Akquistion-Prozesse)
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu planen, zu koordinieren und durchzuführen
- zuletzt im internationalen Umfeld z.B in einer Matrix gearbeitet
- verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
