Responsibilities
Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our event concepts
Support the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
Proactively reach out to decision-makers at companies, brands and institutions
Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize cooperation agreements
Maintain and grow a network of potential partners
Manage and nurture existing sponsor relationships
Requirements
Experience in acquisition, sales or event marketing — ideally in sponsorship or media
Strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with business partners
Self-motivation, strong closing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Affinity for cultural, social or innovative event formats
Good written and verbal communication skills in German (English is a plus)
