Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Performance: Strategic and operational responsibility for multiple studios, including analysis and management of relevant KPIs (fill rate, occupancy, average tenure).
Operations Management: Develop, monitor and optimize all HR-related processes, e.g., payroll and bonus payments; build and lead a strong team.
People & Quality: Ensure and further develop the qualifications of our experts; oversee working hours, time tracking, vacations and compensatory days.
Standards, Sales & Studio Excellence: Responsible for delivering an outstanding studio experience through consistent implementation of sales programs.
Strategic Development & Innovation: Identify growth and optimization opportunities across studios and implement new concepts.
Requirements
Experience: Several years of operational leadership experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, fitness or service environments.
Metrics & Performance: Solid understanding of KPIs and operational processes, including analysis and management of fill rate, occupancy and employee retention, to continuously optimize studio performance.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with clear communication, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality.
Working Style: Structured, reliable and independent work approach with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
Personality: Enthusiasm for developing teams, implementing standards and actively shaping growth.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
Travel Requirement: Regular visits to your studios.
