  • Responsable Performance Commerciale at Phonak, enhancing sales effectiveness and training in Bron, France. Manage inside sales and develop promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Development of sales enablement content and tools
  • Design and rollout of upselling and cross-selling programs and content
  • Development of training and coaching programs
  • Field/on-site support and coaching for sales teams
  • Development and optimization of the annual promotional plan
  • Direct management of the Inside Sales team

Requirements

  • Degree in business or a related field (Business School or equivalent)
  • Proven success as a field sales representative selling high-value products
  • Management experience
  • Organized and data-oriented (data-driven)
  • Experience creating training and/or coaching content
