About the role

  • Gerente de Brand Relations & Influence at Vivo focusing on Brand PR and cultural relevance through creator relations. Leading strategies and initiatives for brand awareness and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Brand Relations & Influence strategy, structuring meaningful relationships with creators, talent, communities and partners.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s influence ecosystem, considering different strategic roles across talent, creators and communities.
  • Identify and activate relationships that expand the brand’s cultural presence in contexts relevant to its territory.
  • Design and lead the influencer marketing strategy, defining profiles, narrative territories and collaboration formats aligned with the brand’s positioning.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and talent who can translate and amplify the brand narrative.
  • Orchestrate different layers of the influence ecosystem (talent, macro, micro and nano creators, and communities) in a strategic and complementary way.
  • Activate Vivo assets (sponsorships and events) to cultivate relationships with the influence ecosystem and amplify qualified awareness in the brand’s relevant territories.
  • Develop proprietary projects, collaborations and special initiatives that materialize the brand positioning and create communication inflection points throughout the year.
  • Connect influence initiatives to campaigns, launches and strategic moments in the brand calendar.
  • Work in collaboration with communication, trade marketing, content and channel teams, ensuring integration and narrative consistency.
  • Lead the management of partners and agencies involved in creator and influence initiatives.
  • Monitor results and contribute to the continuous evolution of the Brand Relations & Influence strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of indicators, especially in dimensions related to influence and cultural relevance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Brand PR, influencer marketing, and relationship management with creators, artists and influencers.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to identify creators, talent and movements that are relevant to the brand.
  • Strategic ability to turn relationships into projects and brand narratives that are consistent and culturally relevant.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Organized and structured profile, able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Genuine interest in technology, behavior, contemporary culture and brand building.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies or specialization courses in branding, communication, culture, influence or digital marketing will be considered a plus.
