About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle administration of Concur booking tool
  • Run daily/weekly reporting on flights exceeding the company threshold
  • Monitor unused ticket reporting
  • Run reports on travel policy violations
  • Monitor travel trends through reporting
  • Establish relationships with airlines
  • Utilize Concur data for hotel contracts
  • Serve as a resource for travelers
  • Handle booking for Senior Executive Team Travel
  • Coordinate booking of hotels for staff during extreme weather events
  • Quarterly reviews with vendors
  • Review monthly travel invoices for accuracy
  • Manage business rewards program accounts
  • Update travel policy as needed

Requirements

  • Familiar with Concur self-booking tool
  • Vendor Management experience preferred
  • Minimum of five years corporate travel experience
