About the role

  • HR Generalist supporting employee lifecycle from entry to exit at Sonova Consumer Hearing. Collaborating on HR processes, payroll, and employee support with a focus on compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Drafting employment contracts and HR documents in collaboration with the Shared Service Center
  • Independently execute payroll processing and, prospectively, oversee an external payroll service provider
  • Advise employees and managers on employment, collective bargaining and social security law matters
  • Administer company pension schemes
  • Serve as point of contact for health insurance providers, authorities and external organizations and support during audits
  • Support year-end activities (e.g., statutory filings, provisions) and prepare reports
  • Assist with recruiting and participate in HR projects (e.g., payroll outsourcing)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or equivalent qualification with an HR focus (minimum 3 years' experience)
  • Several years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing
  • Experience with HR systems such as P&I Loga and/or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining law (ideally in the metal industry in Lower Saxony) is a plus
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • High level of trustworthiness, discretion and sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and good English skills
