Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states and countries.
Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently.
Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting.
Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes.
Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and/or international payroll.
Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paychex.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
