About the role

  • Payroll Specialist ensuring accurate and timely payroll for employees in the U.S., Canada, and Ireland. Joining Global Payroll Operations team to handle complex payroll scenarios in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states and countries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
  • Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently.
  • Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting.
  • Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes.
  • Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and/or international payroll.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paychex.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
