About the role

  • Product Manager developing payroll software, leading a team, driving product innovation, and optimizing processes for over 3,000 customers. Collaborating across development, UX, marketing, and support departments.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous development of the product with the needs of tomorrow’s customers in mind
  • Serve as a subject-matter leader and sparring partner for Development, UX, Marketing, and Customer Support
  • Prioritize and manage the roadmap, set objectives, and make related decisions
  • Maintain an overview of current projects and drive optimization of existing features as well as the introduction of new ones
  • Manage the implementation of projects across all areas

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in product development at a software company
  • Experience in functional/technical leadership
  • Strong execution skills; goal- and customer-oriented
  • Quick comprehension and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in agile environments with Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Plus: knowledge of payroll processing
