  • Provide technical support for tickets using the designated tools, ensuring assistance to end users, sales managers, and the sales force.
  • Receive, log, and resolve operational requests related to infrastructure and applications.
  • Monitor and ensure the execution of operational routines with quality and efficiency.
  • Identify, categorize, and escalate incidents or problems to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Perform technical support following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure documentation of activities in ticket management tools.
  • Adhere to security policies and operational best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating to optimize workflows and processes.
