About the role

  • Support Technician responsible for local Field service, client onboarding, and application installations. Supporting equipment maintenance and management in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for local field service.
  • Client onboarding and offboarding
  • Application configuration and installation
  • Maintenance of desktop PCs and laptops
  • Responsible for audio and video support, including setup and configuration of lighting and projection systems
  • Receiving and storage of equipment
  • Inventory control
  • Perform periodic inventories

Requirements

  • Experience preparing system images (IMG)
  • Wi‑Fi and wired network configuration
  • Ticket dispatching (service ticket dispatcher)
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft networking
