About the role

  • Support Analyst for SONDA providing installation, maintenance, and incident resolution for software tools. Seeking candidates with a degree in IT and knowledge of specific tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for installation, uninstallation, configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents.
  • Automate the infrastructure of products and software tools across all customer computing environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT (completed).
  • Experience with the following tools: PowerCenter, Control-M, NetWorker, IBM Guardium.
