About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the sales team, recommending hiring and training to increase company revenue.
  • Be responsible for proposals including pricing, negotiations, concessions, and terms and conditions of sale.
  • Participate in the division's strategic and tactical planning.
  • Build relationships with other managers within the company, as well as with category clients.
  • Develop and execute the sales plan to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure solutions (network, servers, storage, hybrid cloud).
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and trends (IAM, SOC, SIEM, firewall, zero trust, SASE, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret architectures and technical requirements, working collaboratively with specialized teams.
  • Experience in complex sales (consultative and long-cycle).
  • Familiarity with commercial models of vendors and technology partners.
