About the role

  • Senior Marketing Analyst managing HubSpot CRM for SOMOS Educação's educational solutions. Overseeing complex automations and strategic dashboard management for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HubSpot CRM (core to the role)
  • Design, review and scale complex automations (B2B, B2C and B2B2C workflows) with support from CRM agencies
  • Manage business rules, deduplication and proprietary processes
  • Manage high-level integration projects, including Twilio (WhatsApp), Fidelis, School Advisor, landing pages (LPs) and various APIs
  • Implement and optimize communication cadences, lead scoring and nurture sequences
  • Manage and monitor strategic dashboards for the executive team (enrollment, re‑enrollment, sales, NPS, events, response time, etc.)
  • Create operational control panels (duplicates, unit errors, leads without deals, form-completion errors)
  • Build event mechanics in the CRM (attendance tracking, campaigns, lists, impact on sales)
  • Governance & Franchisee Support: assist franchisees with CRM adoption
  • Manage the partner agency (Inleaders) directly to ensure delivery of Automation, Reporting, Integrations, Documentation and Support
  • Drive the backlog, prioritize tickets and structure workflows between the internal team (Start) and the agency

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Experience in marketing automation
  • Experience creating workflows and customer journeys
  • Experience with segmentation, lists, properties and pipelines
  • Experience with complex dashboards and reporting
  • Experience with WhatsApp integration
  • Experience with API integrations (preferably with educational platforms)
  • Knowledge of data governance, CRM, CDP and lead-management best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta/Google) for integration
  • Experience in education, school networks or franchise models
  • Experience with CRM in multi‑unit operations
  • Knowledge of BI, SQL or Looker Studio
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience working in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders
