Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields;
Preferred: certifications in performance, CRM, inbound, social media, or project management;
Proven experience in educational marketing (decisive advantage). Experience in a school environment;
Experience in B2C acquisition and performance media;
Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot);
Strong skills in campaign planning and project management;
Experience with social media and content production;
Experience managing multiple agencies and vendors simultaneously;
High energy, resilience, and an ownership mindset;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent change;
Organized, structured, and process-oriented;
Excellent communication with families, students, pedagogical teams, and leadership;
Ability to solve problems and propose solutions autonomously;
